Our Mission In the Kitchen!

Tired of eating the same plain chicken and rice for lunch 5 days a week?  Can’t trick your mind into thinking you’re excited about eating another spoon full of cottage cheese?  Want to spice up your meal preps, and eat delicious meals all week long — while maintaining your macro-nutrient goals?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then you are in good company!

We are a team of bodybuilders, power-lifters, strength athletes, and food lovers who have come together to make dieting just a little bit easier.

step6There are three main things you have to do in order to achieve athletic progress and to build solid muscle, and working out is the least important of the main three.  The other two, sleep and eating, are just as, if not more essential than working out its self.  We can’t sing you a lullaby, but we can give you some fantastic recipes that will help staying on your diet just a little bit easier. After all, your results are made in the kitchen.

We can’t all be sponsored athletes with budgets for private chef’s, which is where we come in.  We have done all the hard work, crunched all the numbers, and organized all of your favorite recipes (and maybe some you’ve never heard of before) so that you can easily alter your diets on the fly.

Looking for high protein meal ideas?  We got it.  Looking for low carb?  Got it.  Looking for specific diet types, like Keto or Paleo?  We have that too. Want something that’s easy to cook in bulk and is great for meal prep? That’s our specialty. Have a lot of one in ingredient, and just need ideas? Consider us your culinary back up. No matter if you are cutting, bulking, getting ready for a show, or just maintaining a healthy lifestyle, we have delicious and healthy recipes that will keep your taste buds happy.
